Low in Energy?

We all know that days aren’t brothers and some of them greet us with more energy and positive attitude than others. Although we might not be able to change what some days are bringing, what we can change is the reproduction and the time of our energy lasting.
Even as we are walking on the path towards mastering the art of preservation rather than creating new energy, once we know what we should avoid and where the most typical downfalls are for you personally, it is possible to move on and find the ways you are creating new and positive energy—things that make you happy and people who share their energy. Becoming aware of the positive influences will also help you to find out what works best for you and create a pattern that will help you stay on top of the energy control.
There are simple things that you can do in order to recharge and multiply your energy. And of course, different things work for different people. Here are my tips:
- A walk in the nature, preferably in the woods – as the trees give us lots of energy and fresh air that will make your blood be filled with more oxygen and naturally make you feel invigorated
- A 5-minute break from everything and everyone else—turn off your phone, computer and music and find a spot in sunshine or even better, outside, sit down if possible. Close your eyes, relax and simply feel what your body is feeling, without focusing on any specific thought in your head—simply recognize the thoughts and let them fly by
- Write down 3 things that you are happy about today—no matter how small or big, simply write them down and take a minute to feel grateful for having those things in your day—feel the positivity around those thoughts and breath it in
- Give someone a compliment—positivity creates positivity and making someone else happy will come back to you like a boomerang in tenfold
- Read (or watch) a joke and pass it on—smiling has a reproductive effect on our energy and passing the joke on will make people around you more energetic as well, which in turn will come back to you, like a positive circle
Simply choose one or two that you are able to manage at this moment and feel the energy flowing.
