Your Marketing Magnet

The following session details & responsibilities (1:1 marketing/PR coaching & consulting policies and procedures) are strictly enforced - no matter which of my Executive package(s) you choose:

Session Slot – When you commit to applying TMMPP, you will be reserved a session spot. This spot is yours for as long as you remain on board.  Sessions are usually conducted in-person, via phone or Skype on the same day and time each week (e.g. Wednesday, 10:00 – 11:00 am) and last 1-hour. However, since you’re purchasing my expertise in hours, your sessions can also be taken back-to-back in 1, 2 and 3-hour segments within the set number of weeks purchased.

If you would like me to meet you at your home or office and you reside outside the Greater Toronto area or south of Lawrence Avenue and your sessions consistently go 15 or more minutes over, additional fees will apply to offset travel time and mileage.

Along with my confidentiality and utmost discretion, you’ll be given 60, 120 or 180-minutes of my undivided attention and a 5-minute heads-up as your session nears the end.  You will also be given the opportunity to review what we covered and ask me questions.  Homework will then be assigned.  Please bring copies of your previous and current assignment along with your computer with you to all your sessions.

Homework, Call-ins & Meet-up’s – Your marketing/PR coaching & consulting is for you and your business – so I ask that you please make the most of our time together by doing your homework and e-mailing it to me at janette@yourmarketingmagnet.com 48-hours ahead of your next scheduled session. This will allow me to spend an additional half-hour per session reviewing, editing and piecing your work together – which will not be possible if I receive your homework the night before or last minute.

I also ask that you please arrange to meet me at or call me from a place where you are free to speak openly and where there are minimal distractions.  If you prefer, I will recommend an ideal setting between us. I would appreciate you turning-off your cell phone or pager during your sessions.

Cancel/Postpone a Session - If for any reason you need to cancel, postpone or move a session, I ask that you please give me 48 to 24-hours advance notice. I’ll do the same for you and also re-schedule you as soon as possible – taking into account my other clients and obligations.

Running Late/No Show – I understand that things happen or suddenly come-up; however ask that you please notify me by phone (on my mobile: 416.802.0655) if you’re running late for your session.  It will begin as soon as you arrive, call or Skype-in and last for the remainder of our scheduled time.

If your session goes beyond this timeframe, additional fees will apply.

Should you miss a session without sufficient notice, you will be billed for that session and it will also be deducted from your subsequent sessions.

Recordings – You are welcome to record your sessions to refer to when completing your homework.  However I must remind you that TMMPP is confidential, trade-marked and legally protected. And while I appreciate you letting others know about it (and the work that I do) your sessions are not to be duplicated, passed off, re-printed, re-taped, shared or re-sold for comparison or profit. Failing which I may need to change or end our agreement; keep all fees or promises paid or owed prior to the point of termination and/or take further action.

Money-Back Guarantee, Refunds & Credits – Realizing that results vary depending on the individual being coached, their type of business, level of commitment, ability to follow through, etc., provided you consistently keep to our coaching schedule, set aside a marketing budget, completely follow my marketing plan-of-action, advice & feedback (without wavering), do your homework, send it to me on time and allow enough time for your coaching and its related marketing/PR topics, functions  and programs to take effect (typically 3-6 or more months), I 100% guarantee my marketing/PR coaching system works.

However in the event that you are not completely satisfied with it, you may revoke our agreement at any time provided you’ve given me two weeks written notice and have paid for all sessions taken to date at our agreed upon rate, in accordance with the Executive package you select, as well as paid for any add-on marketing products and services, disbursements and fees performed by myself or my affiliates (as evidenced by receipt) that may arise out of your marketing/PR coaching & consulting.

Your refund will be pro-rated according to the schedule you committed to and an administration and penalty fee will be applied.

If you register and pre-pay for either my Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum Executive coaching package and then decide not to continue or put your sessions on hold, you will only be required to pay for the sessions you took to date (at our agreed upon hourly session/package rate as per the package you select) and be credited for your remaining sessions.

If you start with one of my 1:1 Executive marketing/PR coaching & consulting packages and then decide you would rather have another or wish to advance your current package to the next level, I’ll credit you towards the difference.

Sessions are non-transferable and cannot be shared.

Refreshers & Ongoing Coaching – Once you’ve completed your sessions, should you wish to hone your skills in any given area (as listed in TMMPP’s Topic, Function & Program Summary), you may take Repeat, Refresher or Maintenance coaching with me (as opposed to a member of my staff) on a one-time or per-needed basis. Or you may purchase another of my Executive or Ask Janette! ^TM packages, at my preferred customer rate.

Retained Publicity Services – Aside from the 1 complimentary media placement you receive with your choice of Executive coaching package, Prime Time PR’s retained publicity services including the copywriting of your press releases, media kit, articles, Blog posts and other press/promotional materials; pitching your story to the media; securing you media coverage, putting you on a speaking tour; planning your special events & promotions or performing any other related marketing activity or service as your hired publicist are not part of my Ask Janette! ^TM or Executive coaching offer.  However, pending further discussion, you may begin with my marketing/PR coaching services and upgrade to having my team and I represent you as your publicist. Late or Missed Payments – If you are late or skip more than one payment, I reserve the right to withhold further marketing/PR coaching & consulting services until such payments are made in full and/or end our agreement with all outstanding fees being due immediately by way of liquidated damages.

Regardless of the Executive package you choose, upon signature, you are ensuring that you’ve read and clearly understand your Session Details & Responsibilities and my Executive, 1:1 marketing/PR coaching & consulting policies and procedures along with those specified in our agreement. You are also ensuring that you will have your homework done on time and that you won’t cancel or miss too many sessions.

The Benefits – Your Executive, 1:1 marking/PR coaching & consulting will be kept in it’s agreed upon schedule, timeframe and selected topics, functions & programs – so you will be able to achieve better results.
